I’m Sylvia — a certified TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) provider, Family Constellation facilitator, energy healer, and intuitive guide with a Master’s degree in Biology. My approach is holistic and grounded — weaving together bodywork, nervous system regulation, ancestral healing, and deep psychological insight inspired by Jungian depth psychology.
In my work, I bring the body and the unconscious into dialogue. Through TRE®, we gently release deep tension and stored trauma held in the nervous system — helping the body shake off patterns of chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. This somatic approach forms the foundation of safety and presence in your healing journey.
With Family Constellations, I guide you through ancestral dynamics and emotional entanglements that live beyond words — often inherited, often unconscious. My method is enriched with Jungian symbolism, dream language, and archetypal insight, allowing deeper access to hidden stories that shape your present life.
I also integrate reflexology, energy work, Reiki, and elemental rituals — especially in my signature 4 Elements Foot Therapy Series, which restores vitality through herbal preparations, warm paraffin wraps, and skin-to-soul nourishment.
🕊️ You can find me weekly at Little Bird Café & Yoga Studio in Dublin, where I offer TRE® group classes, individual sessions, and holistic treatments upstairs — in a quiet, nurturing space above the café.

Drawing on my background in biology, I provide a scientific understanding of the healing process. Incorporating Family Constellations, we explore ancestral patterns and heal generational traumas, offering a unique opportunity for deep healing and growth.
